Our Commitment

At Apricot, we are committed to improving both the quality and sustainability of the fabrics we use. We have made significant progress recently and are passionate about continuing the journey. All our factories are externally audited to ensure safe and fair working conditions.

100% of in-house production and 70% of other suppliers are using OEKO-TEX® fabric mills

B2C ecommerce bags are 100% recycled

Sustainable fabrics used where possible -TENCEL™/Lyocell, regenerative cotton, regenerative wool, recycled wool, linen

Garment polybags are 70% recycled

Stores bags for customers are made using recycled paper

Usability and durability created through the following processes – fabric and garment testing, risk assessment at sourcing, risk assessment in garment construction, implementing our own testing standards to ensure longevity of the product

All production shipped with DRI Clay

Other measures to improve packaging wastage include – no hanging deliveries, no reprocessing in country of sell, resealable ecommerce packaging

Reduction of air transportation. In the last 4 years from 30% to 10% of goods transported by air
