Returns are free for orders placed within the UK.  To return an item, follow these simple steps:

If you don't have an account or are not an existing user, but have already placed an order you would like to return, you can create an account here. Previously placed orders will be associated with your new account, provided your email address used at the point of purchase is the same as your registered email address.

Return Online via Evri or Royal Mail
UK returns are free for registered customers. To book a return and receive a free returns label, visit My account and navigate to 'My orders' to select an order and book a return. Item(s) can be returned to us in their original condition* within 28 days of the purchase date. Upon return of item(s) and inspection of your items, you will be issued a full refund via your original payment method. Return in store option is only available for orders placed on the Apricot website or from an Apricot store and only applies to items returned to an Apricot standalone store. Items purchased in partner concession stores cannot be returned to an Apricot standalone store.

Return In Store - Store Finder
Return an item by visiting one of your nearest standalone Apricot stores along with your proof of purchase. To find your nearest store location, visit our store locator (link opens in a new window). Item(s) can be returned to us in their original condition* within 28 days of the purchase date. Upon return of item(s) you will be issued a full refund via your original payment method. Currently we don't offer exchanges, but you can return your item(s) for a refund and easily place a new order online.

Once you’ve placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email to acknowledge that it's been received. Our warehouse team will start packing your items in preparation for shipment.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates, your order may arrive earlier or later than expected.

Upon receipt of your return, all items will be inspected and a full refund excluding postage will be processed. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be completed. We are unable to accept any liability resulting from card issuers’ terms of use or 3rd party payment providers.

Refunds may also be subject to the following deductions -

- Damage in transit

- Lost in transit

- Goods returned beyond a reasonable period of time

- Not returned in original condition
